Anything else

Is there anything we can do to make the application or interview work better for you?

Interview format, timing, access, or anything else. A person reads this — it is never used to score your application.

How did you hear about this role?

Anything else you want us to know? (optional)

What happens to what you write here. Your application goes to a private OXIE recruitment sheet that only the hiring team can open. We use it to shortlist, contact you, and nothing else. We do not ask for information about your ethnicity, religion, health, or any criminal record on this form — if you are offered a role, DBS and safer-recruitment checks happen separately and properly. We hold applications for six months and then delete them, unless you join us. You can ask us to delete yours sooner: contact@oxie.org.uk.
